Regarding Public Grievances

         Public can register complaints for redressal of their grievances regarding matters such as inconvenience in supply of drinking water, installation/repair of street lights, delay in sanitation work, cleaning of drainages, difficulties faced in getting any type of document copies, previous license/renewal of the license issued previously/industrial license/renewal of the license obtained and other grievances.

          So public can register their grievances through the internet(www.raichurcity.gov.in), phone(08532-234913), or Walk-in with paper-form. The computer system assigns a Complaint Number, which they can use to track and monitor the progress on the complaints redressal. Complaints are also auto-routed to the appropriate redressal officer. If complaints are not redressed within the alloted time they autommatically get escalated to a higher level officer.
